In accordance with the provisions of Article 54 paragraph 2 of the Law on Border Control of the Republic of Serbia, the consent of parents is not required for minors who have foreign citizenship to cross the state border of the Republic of Serbia.

Minors, citizens of the Republic of Serbia up to the age of 16, when traveling alone or accompanied by another person who is not their parent or legal representative, must have the certified consent of both parents or legal representative. If a minor is traveling accompanied by one parent, the written consent of the other parent is not required.
